A week after launch, time for some honesty about Architecture of Intellect.

It's not for AI researchers. You know the mathematics better than I do, and you'll find no new theorems here.

This is a book about what your creation does to a firm, not about what happens inside the transformer.

It's not for prompt hobbyists. If your interest in AI is getting better outputs from a chat window, there are excellent free resources, and you don't need 226 pages of enterprise architecture.

It's not for anyone wanting to hear that AI will fix their company.

It won't.

And it's not for anyone wanting to hear that AI is a bubble they can safely wait out.

They can't.

Both audiences will find the book equally irritating, which I take as evidence of calibration.

It is for the people accountable for a firm's integrity: the ones who'll sign the AI budget, own the operational risk, and answer for the consequences long after the vendor's demo team has moved on. It gives them the engine explained honestly, and then the harder question: not where to add AI, but what the enterprise must become.
